Privacy Policy
Last Modified: 11/3/2026
This Privacy Policy explains what Dr. Charley Levy DDS PC (“Path32,” “we,” or “us”) collects through Path32.com and the Path32 newsletter, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you create an account: your email address, first and last name, password, role (for example, pre-dental student or dentist), and home state. If you choose “Other” as your role, we also collect what you type there. Your password is handled by our login provider, and we can’t see it.
When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address, plus whether you open our emails and click their links.
When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to send, such as an answer for “Ask a Dentist.”
When you visit the site: our hosting and security provider receives standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. Our web fonts come from Google, so your browser also shares your IP address with Google when it loads them.
We also use Google Analytics to see how the site is used, such as which pages people visit, how they found us, and their general location. It doesn’t give us your name or email address.
What we don’t collect
The numbers you enter into the Admissions Calculator, such as your GPA and DAT scores, are sent to our server only to work out your results. We don’t save them or connect them to you. The numbers you enter into our other calculators, such as your income, stay in your browser. None of these numbers are sent to Google Analytics. Images you make with the share button are created on your own device.
Our tools keep a running count of how many times they’ve been used. That count has no personal information in it.
How we use your information
- To run your account and let you log in
- To send you the Path32 newsletter, which comes with your free account
- To understand who reads Path32, such as how many members are students or dentists, and which states they come from
- To answer you when you contact us
- To see which pages are most useful, so we can improve the site
- To keep the site working and secure
Who we share it with
We use a few service providers to run Path32. They handle your information on our behalf:
- Memberstack runs accounts and logins. It holds the information you give when you sign up.
- beehiiv sends the newsletter. It holds your email address, name, role, and home state, and it records email opens and clicks.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from attacks.
- Google supplies the site’s fonts and provides Google Analytics.
We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t give sponsors or advertisers your name or email address. We may share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or anyone’s safety, or if Path32 is ever sold or transferred, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information unless you’re told otherwise.
Sponsors and links to other sites
Path32 is free to students because sponsors and partners support it. Some links may be sponsored or may earn us a commission. If you follow a link to another site, that site’s own privacy policy applies, and it may be able to tell that you came from Path32.
Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you logged in, remember small preferences such as a chosen date range, and bring back your calculator entries after you sign up. Cloudflare may also use cookies for security, and Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits. We’ve turned off Google Analytics’ advertising features, and we don’t use cookies to show you ads.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
- Opt out of Google Analytics: use Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
- See, correct, or delete your information: email DrCharleyLevy@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it. Deleting your account removes it from Memberstack, and we’ll also remove you from the newsletter if you ask.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and newsletter information until you ask us to delete it or we no longer need it. We may keep a limited record when the law requires it or to make sure that you stay unsubscribed.
Security
We use established service providers and take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email service is perfectly secure.
Children
Path32 is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll tell members by email.
